Join me in this upcoming 3 class workshop taught by myself and Kate Thomas from Fireweed Acupuncture. Qi Gong is an ancient practice of mindful movement for all bodies and skill levels intended to help you breathe deeply, cleanse the mind and gently exercise. In addition to learning the movement we will have Winter appropriate self-care recommendations to help you through the season.
